The Village of Oxford Gardens, is a partnership between Bill and Tony Van Haeren, Cliff Zaluski of Sierra Construction and David Lowes of Woodstock’s Kinsdale Carriers. Together overseeing a total conversion of the community's most well-known and respected Long Term Care facilities, Woodingford Lodge, at 423 Devonshire Avenue.
A 9,940 square-metre former long-term care facility located on 2.8 hectares of land in Woodstock's old north, underwent a complete renovation. The conversion of the former 200-room residence into 97 premier suites, including large studios, one-bedroom, and two bedroom suites. Installation of new windows and a redo of the exterior facade.
